Delivery and payment

• Working with VAT.

• Pickup. The goods can be picked up on the third day or on the same day if the goods are in stock in store.
• Express delivery across Almaty. Delivery to Almaty is carried out on the third day after payment, or in the same day after 18.00, if the product is in stock in the store.
• Courier delivery by region. In Kazakhstan, transportation is carried out by transport company  ABT Trans . Door-to-door delivery within 3-4 days, depending on the region. Delivery by air, upon receipt of the goods, the buyer pays transport costs on its own.

• Documents. The company issues all the necessary documents, after the delivery of the goods by the transport company, the buyer receives the invoice number and the telephone number of the transport company, with which he can contact and  control  period transport to the door.
• Packaging. The product is packed in a bag with marks and a box with the recipient's address that allows you to guarantee the safety of delivery in terms of preserving the cargo. Every thing is packed in a separate bag with a company tag, size, quantity (if there are several napkins or gloves in the bag and etc.)
