ORDER TIMING

When delivering goods from Europe, delivery times depend on the number of order units and the country of the importer. In this case, a separate application is signed.

2. The Customer places an order after fully discussing the Order with execution (terms, texture and color of fabric, quantity, size, additional accessories). Professional clothing assumes manufacturing according to the sizes given by the customer, accepted in the Republic. Kazakhstan. The Contractor is not responsible for incorrectly submitted dimensions.

3. Individual tailoring is carried out by the Customer, according to individual parameters of the client according to a separate price list tailoring.

4. The customer has the right to receive a design sketch of the proposed Order, having paid for it separately, in the case of the Order, the paid amount is refunded to the customer.

5. The customer has the right to invite a specialist for consultation, paying for his call.

EMBROIDERY

1. When ordering embroidery, the Customer must provide an electronic a variant of a logo or a necessary drawing, having paid in advance for its development once. Payment embroidery is not included in the payment of the main order and is carried out separately.

2. An order for a product with individual embroidery parameters is paid completely (100%).
